All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpress Post which offers 2 day service throughout most of Canada and 5 to 6 business day service to the USA, and most major cities in Europe and Australia.
If you placed your order with us online and paid through Paypal, either with a credit card or directly from a Paypal account, you can go to Paypal and check your order status via your transaction number. You should have received an order receipt from Paypal via e-mail and this will include a link to your order.
Once your order is shipped you should receive an e-mail confirmation that includes a tracking number and link to Canada Post's site. If you live in the United States, once the parcel crosses the border, you will be able to track the package through the USPS, here.
If you sent in your order via mail, or called directly, or if you placed a special order and requested shipment via courier services such as FedEx or UPS, please e-mail us or phone us. Depending on the time of day or week, it may be easier to get us via e-mail as we may be in the studio or warehouse.
At any rate, you can always find out the status of your order by simply e-mailing us and we will quickly get back to you with full tracking information.
