Your satisfaction is guaranteed for 21 days. If you decide you don't like what your Kel Audio microphone does for your music, return your mic within 21 days for a refund of your original purchase price.
All Kel Audio mics come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your mic fails within one year of purchase, return it for repair or refund (at the discrection of Kel Audio Inc.) Complete warranty information is included with your microphone documentation.
Your mic is fully tested before shipping and will work before leaving the warehouse. If your mic does not work when you receive it, something happend during shipping. Let us know right away and we will arrange to replace your microphone free of charge.
Standard delivery is by Canada Post via XPress Post in Canada and the U.S.A. Expect delivery in about 4 to 6 business days, not including processing time. We try and ship your order within 24 hours. You will receive notification when your order ships, along with tracking information.
Canadian Customers: Mics are shipped from Winnipeg, 5% GST will be added to all orders. GST Reg. No. 84890 4272 RT0001. Your receipt will break out the GST. Prices for Manitoba customers include PST.
